I just wanted to thank you for importing your balsamic glaze from Italy. It is a great treat for the States to have in their kitchen. I use the glaze on almost very thing I cook/barbeque. We tried the glaze while wine tasting in Paso Robles . OMG it is yummy fantastic can't get enough of it hence the 12 bottle order. I love it with olive oil and bread or on my chicken wraps instead of ranch. It is soooooo good. I will be sharing the bottles.Pauline 
 

For years my husband and I have grown our own tomatoes and basil, always enjoying the wonderful flavors. Your glaze is the only thing that could make our home grown products better! Several years ago we had a dozen bottles of different vinegar sent back home from Assisi and although they were good, not one of them added such flavor to our Caprese salad. Thank you for coming up with this most wonderful sauce! Shelly

Balsamic Glazed Chicken pieces (chunks actually) from Il Giramondo in Paris... how addictive! Came home and had to make it myself - found yours t's been love and referrals ever since... A disappointment for you, however, is that I don't have any "over the top" recipes I use it on... tomatoes and mozzarella instead of balsamic vinegar; lots and lots of appetizers and nibbles - you take a toast (actually small toasts/crackers), put some leftover roasted chicken on it and drizzle pure love over it ;we do a salad with mixed greens, chopped bacon, peas and a sweet vinaigrette - lightly grill some ahi and drizzle you know what over it (sometimes a diver scallop). We did that salad for a dinner party the other night and I'm not exaggerating - there wasn't a piece of anything on the salad plates! I wish I could send some incredible dishes your way but just to tell you, we use it all the time and l wouldn't give it up for anything! I can't tell you the number of times we've entertained and the bottle HAS to be brought to the table so someone can copy down the info.... Hope all is well with you....   Randi
